I’ve been using our UPPAbaby VISTA Stroller and MESA Car Seat for close to a year now and I still love it just as much as I first did. I wanted to use both the car seat and stroller before writing my review so that it would truly reflect how we liked it. As soon as I found out I was pregnant with Madden and I was going to have two under two, I knew I wanted the UPPAbaby system. I actually had been eyeing the VISTA for a while but it made so much sense for us to get it with two littles ones. I always get so many DMs whenever I post the VISTA on Instagram and I truly can’t say enough good things about it!
I love how sleek the VISTA stroller looks, I know in the grand scheme of things this isn’t super important but it definitely doesn’t hurt. The stroller looks so nice and has so many different color options. I have the JORDAN color, the fabric is charcoal and the leather is black. I wanted to pick a color that would be great for both genders since I have both a boy and girl. Choosing is gender neutral color is good because for any future babies this color will still be great!
Among one of my favorite things about the VISTA is how easy it is to maneuver and put together. It pushes and turns so smoothly! I’m petite and I have no problem pushing around two kiddos in it. The handlebar also adjusts to different heights so both my husband and I can push the stroller comfortably. Many times I am out and about by myself with the two little ones so I have to load them both into a stroller by myself. The base of the stroller isn’t too heavy and just pops open by unhooking a little clip, I can do it with one hand if I have to! It’s super easy to pop the MESA car seat or any of the seats into the base. I usually will use the MESA on top for Madden and the Rumbleseat on bottom for Hunter when I’m running into a store quickly.
The main thing that sold me on the VISTA stroller, was all the different configuration options. The stroller comes with the bassinet and the toddler seat. The bassinet is great to use with a younger baby because they can lay flat and sleep, which is so nice. We also have the the Rumble seat which can go on bottom, it comes with an included adaptor to use the seat. If you have a carseat other than the MESA, you will need an adaptor to pop the carseat into the stroller but I love that you have the option of using a different car seat. The seats can all face in our face out, we do both! We have the upper adaptor and lower adaptor which all easily pop right into the stroller so we can do any seat combination and direction we want! The VISTA even has the option of a PiggyBack standing board so the stroller can actually accommodate three little ones!
The basket of the stroller is seriously so large!!! So much bigger than any other stroller we have used, it’s amazing. If I go shopping by myself, I use the basket on bottom as my little shopping cart and there’s still plenty of room for the diaper bag as well. I never have to worry about not having enough space to hold everything I need which we know sometimes can be a lot with little ones.
I truly cannot recommend the VISTA stroller and MESA car seat enough! Anytime that anyone asks me, I can’t stop telling them about how much we love it. It’s a life saver and has been on some many different little adventures with us! I never leave the house without it, it’s always in my trunk because it’s so easy to use and helps make my life just a little bit easier. If I had to pick one item that you need as a new parent, the UPPAbaby VISTA stroller and MESA car seat would for sure be it! So I guess that’s two items! haha It really is a must have for parents!
